Where the jobs are

Europe leads decisively with 1,645 roles (~49%), followed by the US at 944 (~28%) and India at 709 (~21%). The rest of the world trails far behind: just 31 roles elsewhere and 6 in the UAE. If you're geographically flexible, Europe is the clear center of gravity right now — much of it driven by consultancies, public-sector bodies, and German-language postings (Werkstudent, MLOps roles at agencies like Landesamt für Zentrale Polizeiliche Dienste).

Who's hiring

Bespoke Labs tops the list with 182 openings, more than the next two employers combined. Capital One (133) anchors US demand, especially senior ML engineering. Mid-volume hirers include EnthuZiastic (46), aggregator Jobgether (44), Reply Deutschland SE (40), Deloitte (36), IU Internationale Hochschule (35), Tata Consultancy Services (34), Booz Allen Hamilton (33), SonderMind (31), and food-delivery firm Lieferando (30). Amazon rounds things out at 18. Note the heavy consultancy presence (Deloitte, TCS, Booz Allen, Accenture, Wavestone, ASSYSTEM) — a lot of hiring is client-services rather than product work.

What they're hiring for

Three role types recur constantly:

  • Machine Learning Engineers — the bread-and-butter role, often senior and Python-heavy (Paisabazaar, Capital One, Lieferando, DRC), with a strong MLOps subset (ASSYSTEM, LZPD).
  • Generative AI Engineers / Analysts — automation and GenAI titles are surging (EnthuZiastic, TCS, Welo Global), including language-specific data roles like Dogri and Dogri-adjacent annotation.
  • AI solutions & consulting — solutions engineers, AI consultants, and project managers (InterSystems, CT Labs, Accenture, SevenLab), plus a healthy freelance tier (Mindrift).

Seniority skews mid-to-senior, though student and junior-diplômé tracks exist in Europe.
