Where the Jobs Are

Europe leads by a wide margin with 2,117 roles (~49%), driven heavily by Germany, France, and the Netherlands. The US follows at 1,304 (~30%), and India holds 849 (~20%) — a genuine third pole, not an afterthought. Everything else is thin: 37 across the rest of the world and just 10 in the UAE. If you're geographically flexible, Europe is where the volume is; if you're US-based, competition is concentrated in fewer postings.

Who's Hiring

Bespoke Labs (184) tops the board, followed by Capital One (158) — the standout for ML engineering roles like Lead Machine Learning Engineer. After that: Reply Deutschland (58), General Motors (56), and remote-first aggregator Jobgether (52) tied with edtech EnthuZiastic (52). Consultancies show up in force — Booz Allen (43), Deloitte (36), TCS (34) — alongside SonderMind (38), Germany's IU Internationale Hochschule (35), and Google (31).

The Roles in Demand

Three clusters dominate the sample:

  • Generative AI specialists — from Deloitte's Oracle GenAI Associate VP to AKKODIS's GenAI Architect and Nuvo AI's GenAI Engineer. Titles are climbing the seniority ladder, signaling GenAI is now a leadership line item.
  • ML engineers & data scientists — Capital One's Lead MLE, PDR.cloud's Senior MLE, freelance MLE gigs via Collective.work, plus quant-flavored roles like Qenexus's ML Quantitative Researcher.
  • AI consultants & platform/DevOps — Harvey Nash, adesso, Amazon Professional Services, and The Portfolio Group's AI Platform/DevOps Engineer.

Notably, entry points exist too: internships (Innovexis), junior AI engineer roles (Avanade), and even a dual-study BWL-AI program at IU. Freelance and remote-international listings (Jobgether, Collective.work) widen access beyond a single market.
