The Big Picture

We're tracking 4,538 open AI/ML roles today. Hiring is broad but far from evenly spread — Europe alone accounts for nearly half of everything on the board, and three regions soak up almost all the demand.

Where the Roles Are

  • Europe — 2,220 (49%): the clear center of gravity, spanning consultancies, defence contractors, and product teams (Reply Deutschland, adesso, KLANIK, Spryfox).
  • United States — 1,378 (30%): heavier on senior engineering, led by Bespoke Labs, Capital One, and General Motors.
  • India — 890 (20%): a mix of GenAI engineering (TCS, Dexian) and content/D2C roles (upGrad).
  • Rest of World — 39 and UAE — 11: thin, so relocation or remote flexibility matters if you're outside the big three.

Who's Hiring Most

Bespoke Labs (184) dominates, posting repeat Machine Learning Engineer openings in the US. Capital One (159) is recruiting at the top end — think Sr. Distinguished ML Engineer. Rounding out the leaders: Reply Deutschland (58), General Motors (56) and its Senior AI Tooling roles, plus Jobgether, EnthuZiastic (both 52), Booz Allen Hamilton (44), SonderMind (38), Deloitte (37), BC Forward (36), IU Internationale Hochschule (35), and TCS (34).

The Roles Themselves

Three buckets keep recurring:

  • Core ML/AI engineering: Machine Learning Engineer, Applied ML/AI Engineer, Generative AI Engineer, AI Tooling Engineer.
  • Data science: Data Scientist roles across tabular data, analytics, and even SEO — several at senior/lead level.
  • AI-adjacent & commercial: solutions architects (Databricks + GenAI), GenAI consultants, plus sales, business development, recruitment, and data-annotation/AI-trainer gigs.

A practical note: not every "AI" listing is a build job. Titles like AI Recruitment Associate (shares, no early salary) and freelance annotator roles sit alongside the engineering openings — read the fine print before applying.
