Chinese-market robotics developer ACE ROBOTICS has introduced Kairos 3.1, a new version of its "embodied AI" platform, at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2026.

According to Media OutReach Newswire, the company used the event to unveil Kairos 3.1 and to show off an expanded embodied AI "stack" that stretches, in the company's words, "from data to deployment."

As reported by Vietnam Investment Review (vir.com.vn), the update pairs two core pieces of technology: a unified, action-oriented world model and the company's Ambient Capture Engine 2. In plain terms, a "world model" is software that lets a machine build an internal picture of its surroundings and predict how actions will play out, while a capture engine gathers the real-world data that trains and feeds that model.

"Embodied AI" is the industry's shorthand for artificial intelligence that controls a physical body — a robot — rather than living only inside a chatbot or a web app. The phrase "from data to deployment" signals ACE Robotics' pitch that it can handle the whole pipeline, from collecting sensor data to putting working robots into the field.
