Google is expanding the personalized image-generation feature in its Gemini app, the company announced.
According to TechCrunch, Google is bringing Gemini's personalized AI image generation to eligible free users in the U.S. The feature lets the chatbot create images based on your interests and on data drawn from connected Google apps, rather than working purely from the text prompt you type.
Engadget reports the same move, framing it as Google extending "personalized intelligence" to image creation inside the Gemini app. In practice, that means the assistant can fold in what it knows about you — your interests and information pulled from Google apps you've linked — when it generates a picture.
