IT services firm LTM has struck a partnership with Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI models, to speed up enterprise adoption of Claude at scale. According to announcements carried by outlets including Tribune India, Business Standard and CXOToday, the deal was unveiled on Monday, July 13.

Under the agreement, LTM will integrate Claude — along with the coding-focused Claude Code and a product called Claude Cowork — into its BlueVerse platform, described in the sources as an "AI Delivery Fabric." Per MSN and Businessworld, the companies are targeting enterprise use cases spanning software engineering. The partnership also involves expanding AI talent through LTM's AI1000 program and setting up a new Center of Excellence (CoE).

Investors responded positively. According to Financial Express, LTM shares rose about 4% on the news. NewsBytes reported the stock jumped 4.03% to Rs 4,200, adding that Axis Securities maintained a BUY rating with a price target of Rs 4,560.

LTM is described in the sources as a "Business Creativity partner to the world's largest enterprises," while Anthropic is characterized as "the frontier AI company behind Claude." The framing across coverage from Business Standard, Mediabrief and MarketScreener is consistent: LTM is betting on Claude to drive what it calls enterprise AI transformation and to expand its delivery capacity.

Why it matters: the tie-up is part of a broader race among IT services providers to embed frontier AI models directly into how they build and deliver software for large corporate clients — a shift that could reshape both the economics of enterprise IT and the skills those firms hire for.
