Qedma

Qedma is an Israeli quantum computing company that has partnered with IBM and other research organizations on quantum computing advancement. The company gained prominence through its involvement in quantum advantage demonstrations—projects where quantum computers perform specific calculations faster than classical supercomputers can.

Qedma's work is significant because quantum advantage claims have faced historical skepticism in the field, with many earlier demonstrations later superseded by improved classical algorithms. Recent reporting indicates that Qedma's results have withstood sustained technical scrutiny, positioning the company as part of a more credible wave of quantum computing progress. The company is reportedly focused on addressing core challenges in the field.
